By using our Services, registering for an event, or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. PURCHASE & PAYMENT

2.1 Prices & Payment Terms

All prices are stated in SEK and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified.

Payment is made via [Stripe/Swish/Credit Card].

For bookings of VIP upgrades or other paid services, full payment in advance is required.

2.2 Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Digital products & courses:
As our services are digital and provide immediate access, the right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (DAL, 2005:59) does not apply.

Live events & coaching:
Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the start for a full refund. No refunds will be given after that.

Money-back guarantee:
Only applies if specific criteria have been met, as outlined in the respective service offering.

3. USE OF OUR SERVICES

3.1 Personal Use

The Services are personal and may not be shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of our material will result in immediate suspension and legal action.

3.2 Results & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific results — your success depends on your own efforts and application of the material.

Stickperson Coaching AB is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or other consequences resulting from the use of our Services.

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All texts, videos, courses, and other materials provided by Stickperson Coaching AB are protected by copyright.

No part of the material may be copied, distributed, or used without written approval.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be settled in the District Court of Stockholm.
